Just a few steps from the house is also the rounded pool (average size of 15 × 5 m) surrounded by a beautiful stone-paved sunbathing area overlooking the vineyards and the surrounding Chianti hills. The vineyard (2.6 ha) is entirely registered as Chianti Classico DOCG but the vines are pretty old and need to be replaced to restore their productive potential. Yearly production would range, with currently planted vines, around 13,000 bottles of wine. The olive grove (1.3 ha) features approximately 330 trees and allows producing excellent Tuscan extra-virgin olive oil. The remaining surfaces are covered in mixed woodland (13.4 ha) and arable land (0.4 ha) that could be used to further expand the vineyards and increase the yearl production of wine.
