Jord for Køb i Benarraba, Andalusien

Plot with ruin in Benarrabá, bordering with the river, with a neighbourhood lane and with public forest. Almost completely fenced. It has a piece of plain of approx. 1Ha, wooded with carob trees, wild olive trees, some old orange trees and some cork oaks. There is a stream running through the property which dries up during the summer. Approximately 3Ha, deeded. House of about 100 m2 without roof, stone walls some fallen. There is also a farmhouse of about 15m2 of stone with a fallen roof. It borders the river for almost 1 km, most of the property is on the plain of the river and what little of the land it has is terraced and with old orange trees. Access by dirt track of about 2 km from one of the main roads of the municipality. Situated about 10 minutes from Benarrabá and 15 minutes from Genalguacil.
